1What Clairemind is
Clairemind is a free information and preparation guide. It helps you understand ADHD screening and get ready for an official assessment if you want one. The questionnaires are based on published screening tools, such as the WHO Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale.
2What Clairemind is not
- It is not a medical service, and it does not give medical advice.
- It cannot diagnose ADHD or any other condition. Only a qualified specialist can.
- It cannot refer you to the NHS or any other service. Only your GP can do that.
- It is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 999 (UK) or 911 (USA).
3Your responsibilities
Please answer honestly and talk to a GP or qualified clinician before you make any decision about your health or medication. Only send us information about another person, such as your child, if you have the right to share it.
4Limits of our responsibility
We try to keep the content accurate and up to date with NHS, NICE and WHO guidance, but we can't promise it is complete or error-free. Screening results can be wrong, and you shouldn't rely on them alone. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under UK consumer law, or our liability where it can't legally be limited.
5Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
